Daily imaging of every point on Earth has quietly become normal. Agriculture, insurance, defense, and climate science all run on orbital data — and the analytics layer on top of it is where most of the commercial value sits.
This is the most software-native corner of space: pipelines, ML models, and customer-facing platforms. Many roles are fully remote and require zero aerospace background.
